"People are not broken — they are shaped by their experiences, and those experiences can become powerful opportunities for growth and healing. When met with compassion, curiosity, and the right support, healing becomes possible."

Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).
I chose this work because I believe deeply in people's capacity for growth and healing, especially when they finally feel seen and understood. I want every client who walks through this door to feel less alone in their experiences and more connected to their own resilience, identity, and values. That's not just a professional goal for me. It's personal.
My background in forensic psychology shapes the way I think about people and their stories. From the systems they've moved through, the experiences that have shaped them, and the strengths that are often buried underneath all of it - I bring that lens into every session. I am curious, non-judgmental, and genuinely interested in you, not just your symptoms.
I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered foundation, and I bring in whatever tools make sense for you. This could mean we use CBT or DBT skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, attachment-based exploration, mindfulness, or motivational interviewing. My approach is eclectic in the best way: thoughtful, flexible, and always meeting you where you are while supporting you in where you want to go.
If you are looking for a therapist who is empathetic and compassionate (and human enough to laugh and learn alongside you) you're in the right place. I value collaboration, authenticity, and creating space where you can show up as your full self and grow at your own pace.
Outside of sessions, you can usually find me propagating succulents (though my overall gardening skills are still quite mediocre!), hunting down a great new restaurant, or getting completely lost in an audiobook. Highly recommend all three as coping strategies!
