Breathwork

Join us for a 90-minute guided breathwork experience with seasoned facilitator Amy Kuretsky, L.Ac, who brings over eight years of experience leading breathwork groups. This evening session offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your body and clear emotional or energetic blocks—no prior breathwork experience needed.
These breathwork offerings are designed specifically for healing professionals—therapists, bodyworkers, space-holders, and helpers—who are often the ones absorbing emotional residue from others while holding their own.
Sacred Selves: The Inner Mother Map

Massage & Mediumship

Mandala & Mindfulness

Pam is mandala artist and mindfulness facilitator, guiding curious minds through the art of mandala painting.
6 pm to 7:30 pm on October 2nd - $42
Mandalas are a geometric configuration of symbols that uses mirror symmetry to create intricate designs that are both beautiful and meaningful. They are a spiritual and ritual symbol used in Asian cultures to assist with meditation, healing and enlightenment. They are also a tool used for stress reduction, mindfulness, self expression and emotional regulation.
You will learn the history of the mandala and how to hold and manipulate the tools required for this art form. We will explore color, symbols and symmetry to cultivate focus, relax the mind and spark creativity. You will learn how to create some of the many symbols used in painting a mandala by practicing on worksheets. No prior painting experience is needed, just bring curiosity and a willingness to play. Each work of art is its own unique creation.
