Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week, evidence-based, experiential deep dive into the theory, practice and application of Mindfulness.
Two-hour sessions each week for 8 weeks & full day retreat | Rate $150
Option 1: Wednesdays from 8am - 10:30am 9/10/25 - 10/29 & Sat 10/11/25 9am - 4pm
Option 2: Tuesdays from 6pm - 8:30pm 9/9/25 - 10/28/25 & Sat 10/18 9am - 4pm
Even as the research and evidence in support of Mindfulness Practice grows, the word Mindfulness has been reduced to a series of scripts and buzzwords in many contexts.

MBSR At A Glance:
Over 8-weeks, we meet weekly, as a group of 10 - 15 participants, for 2 hours.
In class, we dive deep into experiential practice, inquiry, and didactic learning to connect with your own inner resources and capacity for resilience, healing, and growth.
Between each class, you are encouraged to practice daily and complete brief assignments designed to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Between classes 6 and 7, we spend a full day (9am - 4pm) together, mostly in silence, for an extended period of mindfulness in the spirit of a retreat.
As we wrap up, you will be invited to continue the practice by joining an ongoing community of practice who meet weekly to meditate together and support ongoing practice.

Led by Colette Deharpporte, MA
Colette is a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor with over two decades of mindfulness practice and a background in Public Health. Trained through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness, she brings a warm, trauma-aware, and deeply compassionate approach to teaching MBSR. Her journey into mindfulness was shaped by her own experience with serious illness, inspiring a lifelong commitment to supporting others in cultivating resilience and healing.
Colette has extensive experience leading 8-week MBSR programs across clinical and community settings—including work with individuals navigating chronic stress, trauma, and pain. She integrates her training in yoga, pain management, and neurodiversity-informed mindfulness to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
