Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and misunderstood. Throughout my life, creativity has been a vital companion—helping me process trauma, regulate my nervous system, and express what words often couldn’t, a key part of my journey to become a nationally Registered Art Therapist (ATR). My own healing journey has shaped how I show up as a therapist: rooted in authenticity, depth, and liberation.

Many people come to therapy hoping to feel seen and understood, only to encounter systems that feel rigid, impersonal, or incomplete. On the flip side, mainstream spiritual spaces can sometimes encourage bypassing pain instead of truly healing it. My approach exists in the middle ground—honoring both the clinical and the intuitive, the practical and the poetic.

In our work together, we might use metaphor, imagery, myth, or ritual—always grounded in the support of evidence-based practices. I believe healing is not linear or one-size-fits-all. It is a deeply creative process, and you are the expert of your own experience.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, underappreciated, or disconnected from their inner knowing. Many of my clients are mothers, caregivers, healers, artists, and neurodivergent or ND-curious individuals navigating burnout, perfectionism, or a desire for deeper meaning and self-trust. Together, we explore what it looks like to live more fully—liberated from societal expectations and reconnected with your most authentic self.

I’m a mother of two, a loving Libra, and a dreamy Gemini. I’ve been in a committed partnership for over 13 years. My family and I live in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis and love exploring the banks of the Mississippi River—often collecting things that spark curiosity along the way. I am a lifelong student of the soul and psyche and enjoy weaving tarot and creative exploration into my personal and professional life.
