Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).

I love holding and co-creating space for people to share all parts of themselves, especially in a society that often promotes shame, black-and-white thinking, and emotional repression. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel safe enough to be your true, unfiltered self—to let go of messages that no longer serve you and embrace the fact that not fitting into a box is not only okay, but something to celebrate.

I enjoy helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and cheering them on as they develop greater self-compassion. I believe that exploring emotions with curiosity and care can unlock many of life’s challenges, and that every person already carries the wisdom they need within themselves. My role is to support you in listening more deeply to your body, mind, and feelings so that this inner wisdom can emerge. Together, we can explore both the joys and difficulties of life, moving toward empowerment, autonomy, and resilience.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process of discovery. There is rarely one “right” answer, and I value going deep—whether through exploring emotions, philosophies, or special interests. Therapy with me is creative, authentic, and at times even joyful. You can expect me to bring curiosity, warmth, and humor when appropriate, while also offering gentle challenge and advocacy for your growth.

I’m passionate about cultivating compassion and sensitivity in the world, and I believe in inspiring others to think and act beyond the boxes they’ve been given.

I love thrift stores and trying weird potato chips. I love all forms of art and thinking deeply and creatively about life. I watch a lot of movies (185 last year total!), and my favorite genres are action and horror.
