"Look directly into every mirror. Realize our reflection is the first sentence to a story, and our story starts: We were here."

-Shane Koyczan

Heads up! As a practice, we know it’s important to know all the details about our education and experience. However, we also want to honor our values of authenticity and being humans first. If you are looking for all the formal things, keep scrolling (it’s at the bottom).

I enjoy connecting with people and working together to create a space where you can show up however you need to show up in that moment. Your story matters, all of your feelings deserve space and care, and it's an honor to walk with you through as you grow through life's joys and challenging moments.

Therapy with me is collaborative. I value calling on strengths that you already possess and incorporating those into our work. You are the expert in your life story and experiences and together we can explore them with curiosity.

My goal is that through this collaboration you can feel empowered to heal and live life in a way that feels joyful, warm, and whatever else you want it to be. I have a deep passion for supporting those living with endometriosis and chronic health conditions, which is fueled by personal experience with endometriosis and the lack of resources and support for navigating this disease.

Whether you are dealing with the challenges of becoming a parent, parenting, the nuances of perinatal mental health or the profound impact of grief I am here to support you. I believe that every person's journey is unique and I am committed to supporting you in finding your way through this stage of your life.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and offering my support as you navigate through.

I love being outside in my garden, hiking and camping, or reading a good book in the hammock with my dog. I love anything related to Twilight and am starting to expand my collection of The Twilight Saga related items :)
